CHECK-IN 3PM

Upon arrival, we do require a valid government-issued identification which will be scanned for our records.
One set of keys to your room will be given to you at check-in. If you wish to have an extra set of keys, please let us know. Please lock your door when you leave your room. All your personal items are your responsibility.

CHECK-OUT 11AM
Please leave the set of keys in your room.
Early check-in and late check-out will be considered subject to availability. Check-in after 10pm will be subject to a 20USD charge.

SECURITY

Only authorized staff and guests have access to Casa Pani. To ensure security for our guests, we use an electronic code at the main entrance. Please note we don’t have 24/7 staff. We are a cash-free venue and we do not have a currency exchange service.

CHILDREN AND PETS

Unfortunately, due to our size and intimate atmosphere, we only allow children from 10 years old and we do not allow pets.

SMOKING

We only allow smoking outside the premises (patios, terraces, or street).

INTERNET 

The house offers free Wi-Fi. The network is: casapani / the password is: mymmym19 

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST

Our breakfast is served every day from 8am to 11am. Please let us know 24h prior to arrival if you wish to have breakfast at Casa Pani during your stay. CATERING

SPA

DIPPING POOL 

Our pool is heated in cold weather but not in the warmer months. It is maintained weekly. Available to Casa Pani guests only.

BATHROOMS 

Complimentary soaps and shampoos are available in the bathrooms. Shampoo & body wash, hair conditioner, body lotion and hand soaps are all organic and named underneath each dispenser. Hair dryer available in each room.

DRINKING WATER 

We do not advise drinking water directly from any tap in the house. Two glass water jars will be available on your bedside tables and can be refilled from the small tap in the kitchen where there is cold filtered water.

WINDOW COVERINGS 

All our curtains and roll down blinds have been handmade by local artisans. Please be gentle when opening and closing them.

AIR (HOT & COLD)

Each Room is equipped with a Dyson Air purifier/air conditioning/heater. A small remote is placed on top of the machine for easier use.

GOVERNANCE

Housekeeping will make your bed and empty your bathroom bins regularly. Following our environmental concerns, we will not change your sheets or towels daily. An extra set of towels will be available upon request.

The common areas will always be looked after by housekeeping between 8am and 4pm. If you wish to take our bathrobes back with you, a 50 USD fee will be added to your bill. Thank you for your understanding.

Eco-friendly amenities. We try to lower our carbon footprint everyday by turning off the lights in the rooms when you are out. by not using plastics, by recycling, by being conscious of the consumption of water; please join our way of living and please try not to bring in unnecessary single use plastic bottles of water or soda.

Cancellation. up to 48 hours prior to your booking date the total charge will be applied.
up to 7 calendar days, 50% will be applied and for cancellations a month prior there will be a complete refund.

Casa Pani is a guest house and as such you may encounter other guests; indeed, we hope that you do and that you will enjoy socializing in the communal areas of the house both indoors and outside. Please be respectful however if there are guests who wish to sleep at night. Thank you.
